A presenter built from a real person needs that person's recorded consent first.

Can I use my own face and voice?

Yes. Build a presenter from a photo or footage and add a voice from an audio sample, with consent recorded. Hobby plans add this with the Extra avatar add-on.

When am I charged?

When a render finishes. If a render errors out before it finishes, nothing is taken.

Can I fix a wrong script after rendering?

Not cheaply. Fix it at the script checkpoint, because a change after rendering is another render.
